Tony Rogerson will give another 30 minutes LiveMeeting covering the topics below; this is primarily aimed at people not doing SQL Server on a day-day basis, though it will be of use for more full-time DBA's.

Backup and Restore - how to do it through the Command Line and through the GUI via Maintanence Plans.

An introduction to techniques to give you better availability (Log Shipping, Database Mirroring, Replication and Clustering).
