Tony Rogerson will give another 30 minutes LiveMeeting covering the topics below; this is primarily aimed at people not doing SQL Server on a day-day basis, though it will be of use for more full-time DBA's.

Backup and Restore - how to do it through the Command Line and through the GUI via Maintanence Plans.

Do you need to back up the Transaction Log?

Backup frequency, where to put them - testing.

Check and Check again.

An introduction to techniques to give you better availability (Log Shipping, Database Mirroring, Replication and Clustering).
