Whatever your interaction with SQL Server is, this session will discuss the reasons why virtualisation is now so prevalent in SQL Server environments. Not only will the benefits be discussed, but also some of the ways that SQL Server can be affected by virtualisation, both good and bad, along with performance optimisations which should be considered for the virtual world.

Gavin Payne
