In this session we’ll cover off a hadoop in a ‘101’, and explain why SQL Server 2012 Parallel Data Warehouse will allow you to tackle your big data problem, however you define it, on your terms.
Incremental Data Loading with Change Data Capture and SQL Server 2012 Integration Services - Gavin Campbell
This talk will discuss the advantages of an incremental approach to data loading in the data warehouse environment, and review the options provided by SQL Server 2012 for implementing this pattern.
We'll take a closer look at SQL Server Change Data Capture from the database engine perspective, then look at how the new Change Data Capture components in SQL Server 2012 Integration Services make it easier to incorporate this technology into your ETL processes.
